Cabbage Rice Diet by Marie 28

Ingredients: 1 small head of white cabbage,
2 small bags of white rice, 1 1/2 cup of soy
sauce, 1 cup of white vinegar.

Prepare: Preparation time, 10 minutes


Cooking time: 20 minutes


Take a pot 1/2 fill with water, bring water
to a boil. Cut cabbage in strips, add to
boiling water. Cook for 20 minutes until
nice and tender. After 10 minutes, add
ingredients. Remaining 10 minutes, cook rice
in a separate pot. Eat this meal for lunch,
and for dinner. Eat this for whatever your
weight goal loss is desire. Caution: Please
do eat any other heavy meal such as:
pork chops, hamburger, pizza,fried chicken,
ribs, hot dogs, bake and beans, pasta.

Note: add as desire small baby shrimps,
lemon juice and soy sauce.

Rollover Ham in a blanket! by Marie E. 28

Serving: 4 to 6 person

Preparation time: 10 to 15 minutes

Cooking time: 25 to 30 minutes

Take 2 package of smoked Oscar Mayer Ham,
1 large can of faviorite spice tomatoes
sauce, 1/2 pint of heavy cream,

Ingredients: salt, pepper, mayoran, pinch
of crush pepper, pinch of basil, pinch of
thime.

Preparation: Take 1 pack of hamburger meat
and put it into a mix bowl, add ingredient,
stir well together, take 2 slice of ham and
put them in 2 layers, take 1 tablespoon of
hamburger meat and spread it on ham, roll
them together and tie them with a string or
a wooden stick. Repeat layer and add
hamburger meat. You may add 1/2 spoon of
hamburger meat if desired.

Preheat oven to 375 degree

Add the ham in the blanket in a bake dish,
add 2 to 3 tablespoon of olive oil, place dish
in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes until nice and
crisp (golden brown). After 15 minutes, turn them
over and continue to bake for another 15 minutes.

Sauce preparation: prepare tomatoes sauce with
ingredients on stove top on medium heat. Add heavy
cream, bring to medium boil, add sauce to dish and
keep dish in oven for another 10 minutes. Add 16
slices of mozzarella cheese on top of dish until
brown and crispy. Serve with side dish of your
choice, (rice or french fries)

Veal Mellanise by Marie E. 28

Serving: 2 to 4 person



Preparation:

Get 1 to 2 pack of veal chops, 1 large can of


traditional pasta sauce, 1 bag of mixed

potatoes, 1 red onion, 1 white onions, 1 container

of heavy cream, 2 pack of Italian mozzarella cheese,


note: Bake the potatoes first, prepare the veal while


the potatoes are baking.


**** Lay the veal on a board and beat it on both side,


once it is done, start season with salt, pepper, Italian

season mix, oregano, basil, and thyme. Preheat stove

top to medium heat, put 2 to 3 tablespoon of olive oil

in the pan, add the veal chops. Cook on both side until

brown.


Cooking:


A. Preheat oven to 375 degree

B. Start peeling 1 bag of mix potatoes, cut the potatoes


in blocks.


C. Add 2 to 3 tablespoon of olive oil in a bake pan, add


potatoes into pan and seasoning with salt, pepper,

parleys, basil, oregano, Italian seasoning mix, and

thimy.

D. Chop the red and white onions together and add to


potatoes.



Baking Time:


25 to 35 minutes until they have a nice golden crispy color.


Pasta Sauce:


Heat stove top to medium, add spices as posted, once desire

temperature is obtained, add 1 cup of heavy cream and stir.

Once the potatoes is finished, cover and set aside. Add pasta

sauce to veal chops. Add on each veal chop 2 slices of Italian

mozzarella cheese and put in the oven. Bake for 5 minutes

until cheese are nice melted.
